Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Besor account and all associated data at any time. This action cannot be undone.
Delete from within the app (instant)
Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account. Confirm, and your profile and all associated data are removed from our servers immediately and permanently.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email info@besor.app from the address associated with your account (or include your device ID), with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile and preferences, journal entries, prayer requests and interactions, reading-plan progress, achievements, listening history, and (if you created one) your account and email. This data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
What we may retain
We may keep limited records where required by law (for example, basic transaction records for purchases). Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you are not deleted. Subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled there separately — deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
